At the age of 20, Joe was in a tragic accident that left him paralyzed from the neck down, but Joe refused to let his difficult situation define his future.

After graduating from college with a business degree, Joe served as the President of the Arlington, TX Junior Chamber of Commerce. Under his leadership the chapter’s ranking went from #77 to #1 in the state. Joe was later recognized as one of the top chapter presidents in the nation and received the Charles Kulp Jr. Memorial Award.

In 1990, Joe acquired a freight logistics franchise in Houston that has grown to a multi-franchise, multi-million dollar enterprise with operations in 6 states. He has received numerous production awards including the Chairman’s Award for Outstanding Achievement.

Joe’s life today is full of certainty and promise. He is a business owner, public speaker, civic leader, husband, and father to two beautiful children. His spirit and courage shine through when he speaks and his messages give others the belief that all their dreams can become reality.
